image PLEASE STOP AND GO TO RESIDENCE ACROSS THE ROAD!!!! They threatened to call the police on me because I left my dog in the room with a kennel and food / water while I was at a wedding which I had to leave to come back. I didnt get a single new towel or bedsheets for the entire week I was there. The conditioner bottle was completely empty and had to call down 3 times to get it filled up. I tried to check in a day early and they denied me, but when I checked in an hour early I was charged an extra $56. THERE IS WAY BETTER OPTIONS FOR THE SAME MONEY!!!! If I could give negative I would.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts regarding your recent stay with us. Our hotel is pet friendly, which allows our guests travelling with their furry friends a place to stay. However, the pet policy that was provided and signed at check in outlines the agreement that dogs and cats will not be left unattended in the room. You were contacted regarding your dog as multiple complaints were issued regarding the barking and whimpering noises late in the evening. The noise disturbed the guests in the surrounding rooms and was preventing them from resting after a long day of travelling. Our front desk agent also outlined the housekeeping policy during the check in process. We provide service every other day unless requested otherwise. The housekeeping team approached your room throughout your stay to provide service, but were unable to enter the room as the "Do Not Disturb" sign was posted on the door each day. This also means we could not enter your room to provide more amenities including conditioner. The request was put in and your partner was informed someone would be up to the room in 10 minutes with a new bottle of conditioner, after about 5 minutes, a second request for conditioner was issued just as housekeeping was approaching the room. We do not refuse to check in anyone a day early. A reservation for additional nights can be made as long as there are rooms available and the hotel is not sold out upon the request to add additional days. Our team can arrange an early check in as was requested for a $50 fee. You arranged to check in at noon instead of the standard check in time of 3PM. Once again, we appreciate your feedback as we strive to consistently improve the experience for all of our valued guests!

image I want to thank Mary for helping my daughter and her family through a tough time. After being stuck on the side of the road late at night...she helped them get checked in and was sympathetic to the fact that there car was dead and had to sit in the parking lot for a couple of days. They checked in real late...last minute. She was accommodating to my daughter who was struggling to keep it together for her children. That was not all...after things did not go well the next day she checked them back into the hotel without any problems! This is an amazing lady that went above and beyond for my family!!!!!!

image They dont allow late check out. Not even if you pay. Its not hotel policy the lady at the front desk just does not want to allow it. Their website says they offer it. Ive stayed here quite a few times and she makes an excuse each time. She must not remember me which is why she makes up something every time Ive asked. We are super busy we need the rooms. Meanwhile the parking lot is empty and an employee literally told me that most rooms are empty and its slow. Housekeeping was at our door knocking before the NORMAL check out time. Front desk was calling on the dot. Besides this, the beds are pretty clean. My problem is, if it isnt the hotel policy, dont make up lies to your paying customers.

image I booked a last minute room thru Priceline after trying to visit Port Saint Lucie with my family and then ended up with an emergency few hours before I could arrive. I called the front desk and they advised I needed to call Priceline to cancel my reservation. I contacted Priceline and due to my emergency, they had approval to cancel my reservation as long as the hotel approved it. After Priceline reached out to the hotel, the same guy I spoke to at the front desk, told them they cant cancel the reservation with a refund even if it is an emergency. So I called him back myself and asked in an emergency, why cant the reservation be cancelled? He claims its their policy and there arent any exceptions. I asked for the manager to call me to discuss as this was an emergency and obviously the reservation wasnt cheap. I Still havent received any calls back nor any concerns regarding my reservation. My husband is in hospitality management and this is not how a hotel is suppose to function. Unfortunately, I dont expect better. It was my mistake to consider this hotel. Clearly, they arent concerned about their customers, only concerned about their money. I wont ever book at this location nor any other Hampton Inns, not after this experience. My advice to anyone looking to book this hotel, make sure you dont have any emergencies because Hampton Inn doesnt care, as long as they get paid. I will contacting corporate. Its not even about the money anymore, its about the principal.
Response to Owner: Unfortunately, blaming the third party, Priceline, would not be sufficient in this event as Ive spoken to Priceline multiple times and I do have proof that they have approved to refund my money and needs a response from the hotel. This falls onto Hampton Inn and this will be reported to Corporate. Also, I still have not received a call from the GM or the Front Desk Manager to discuss this issue and this will be reported as well.
