I purchased a new forklift with the condition that my existing forklift would be repaired. I was told the part was in and would be repaired on Monday. I took delivery on Friday. No one showed up Monday for the repair and I have not been able to contact anyone from the Port St. Lucie office since. Dishonest and Horrible service!
