KIM WILSON IS THE ABSOLUTELY WORST SALES PERDON. HER "CREW" INSTALLED AN AC UNIT INCORRECTLY AT OUR DAUGHTER'S HOUSE, THEY CAME BACK. STILL LEAKING, THEY FORGOT TO PUT IN AIR FILTER & KIM WAS AN ABSOLUTE RUDE BIT#H. NOW THE UNIT WON'T TURN ON.

My elderly parents had a leak coming through the sprinkler head in the master bath. Instead of checking all possible avenues for the leak (upstairs bathroom directly above), their tech cut three big holes in their bathroom ceiling. Then, once he saw the cause was not the sprinkler head, he looked upstairs to see it was the upstairs toilet. Left my parents with a 385.00 bill and three huge holes in their master bath ceiling.

I suggested two solutions and you told me you couldn't do either one but never suggested anything else. What are you offering? The technician cut into the drywall in three different places before looking in the upstairs bathroom that was directly above where the leak was. "Oh, you have a crack in your commode upstairs. You need a new toilet. Good Bye. Three holes in the ceiling later and an almost $400 bill! Bad Business. I wonder if the tech would have done the same thing had it been his parents or yours? I think not.
