We had our house built starting last year and it was completed this May. We had our lanai extended and screened in. After we were in our house for about a month and looking everything over more closely we noticed that the cage looked crooked along the back wall. We were told by the builder that this was something we needed to deal with with Benchmark the company they used to install the cage.
We first couldnt get anyone on the phone and when we left messages and numerous emails; we truly were getting very frustrated with the run around .
Finally a Leeann responded to our email and said that the gentleman we were dealing with ; unsuccessfully; (Michael St. Germaine) was on vacation but she passed our information on to a supervisor and he would be out to look at our cage.
Shane showed up first thing Monday morning. Extremely professional, understanding and helpful! He explained the situation on why the cage looked crooked though it really wasnt and offered a remedy and also offered to do it at N/C.
He gave me his number so we could keep in touch. Unfortunately because of staff issues and weather issues it did take longer than expected but he kept in touch with me with updates and so did Leeann.
The gentlemen came within 3 weeks and they also were very professional and did any excellent job!
We are extremely happy now and I have to say if it wasnt for Shanes communication skills and caring for his customers and the work his crews performed this situation would not have worked out so well.
In closing we all know how difficult things are for everyone dealing with materials, workmanship, scheduling crews, etc. and it is easy for companies and staff to take a nothing I can do attitude and keep putting you off but Shane did not and I truly appreciate everything he did to satisfy us!

Dont answer the phone or return calls. My lanai is leaking even after they said they corrected the issue!! They will do the job but dont call them needing anything afterwards. Would recommend using another company that will value their customers and back their work.

Casa pools contractor hired Benchmark Aluminum to build new pool cage for me. End result is it has been 3 years of continued cage failures and County still will not pass inspection on their work.
First build began collapsing immediately where guttering tore off house, support beam began falling, screens tore away from posts. Owner of Benchmark, Mike, then sent his A team out because he originally said he sent his B team. ??
Tried twice to fix but fixes caused failures to other areas where leaking started, metal cage parts separated, gutters twisted.
Benchmark refuses to listen to County Permit office to finish project so permit can be closed.
Would NEVER recommend.
