Needed electrical work after a storm. Neighbor gave me these guys number, they showed up in the rain, had a used part,mine was special order, they replaced the main breaker,. They had me up and running in 10 minutes, said they would be back in a few days with the new part. They wouldn't take any money for what they did. Unbelievable service IN THE RAIN. Makes me believe in people. Services: Electrical wiring installation, Electrical panel replacement or upgrading

Had 2 outdoor lights installed by the pool area. The job involved cutting exterior concrete and interior walls. All of the work was done professionally and with minimal disruption. We are very happy with the new lights. Thank you. Service: Light fixture installation

EDL was fantastic. I was cited by the City for replacing kitchen cabinets and needed an electrician to obtain an electrical permit and bring it up to current code. They were up front about the work required, completed the work on time, even accommodated my changes and tenant scheduling without complaining. Super pleased with their work.

I had a last minute plumbing emergency happening at the same time this company was scheduled to come, so there was a team trenching under the house and fixing that issue, which meant the electrician couldn't complete one of the scheduled jobs (an exposed ground wire next to the trench). I offered him the option to still do the other jobs we had scheduled (a disconnect box and broken sensor light). He said he could do them, but he would have to run to Home Depot for the disconnect box. He sounded put off by that idea at the moment, so I asked if he would rather just reschedule and come back later to do all the jobs at once. He said yes and left. That was the extent of our interaction.
I never heard back. When I called later in the week to schedule the next appointment, I was told the owner of the company was not going to take the job because his electrician was "turned away" from doing the work and wasted 90 minutes at the property (my manager said they were there 30-45 minutes). This was not true, but I still offered to pay for their time because I needed the work done. I was declined. It sounds like there is something being lost in translation between the electrician and the owner, but regardless, the whole experience was pretty insensitive given my circumstances and very unprofessional.
