image DO NOT GO WITH THESE PEOPLE! I HAD A BRAND NEW WATER HEATER INSTALLED IN JANUARY AND APRIL 1ST ITS LEAKING AND RUSTED OUT. 1300 FOR THE INSTALLATION LITERALLY DOWN THE DRAIN. THEY SAY AN EXPANSION TANK OS NEEDED. IT HAS NEVER BEEN NEEDED AND IF IT IS NEEDED NOW THEY SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME AT THE TIME OF INSTALLATION!!! NOW THEY WANT ANOTHER 1200 FOR ANOTHER INSTALLATION OR 2400 FOR THEIR HEATER AND INSTALLATION PLUS AN EXPANSION TANK. THE GUY LAUGHED AND SAID HE WASNT WILLING TO RETUN THE WATER HEATER AND WANTING ME TO BUY THROUGH THEM! THESE PEOPLE ARE PIECES OF CRAP!

image I had Joe Cool lay the plumbing for an addition to my house. After two failed inspections (the second cost me $900 dollars because I had to reschedule the concrete pour) the work finally passed and seemed ok, until there were two pex sticking up near the other lines where the bathroom was going to be, yet no one knew what they were for or where they might be going to!
Then, after the bathroom was buil,t they came back to install the shower plumbing, but they also billed me ($300) for 'toilet removal and new toilet install', even though there never was a toilet to remove and I installed the new toilet myself. I called to alert them of this but it was never addressed.
Finally, once the build was done and I installed the sinks, I find out I'm only getting hot water in the kitchen, no cold. When I called to have a manager find the plans of the build and see if the water lines coming into my kitchen were reversed (hot RIGHT, cold LEFT?) he told me they don't keep any records of residential jobs and if I would of had his plumbers install the sinks they would have known which lines were hot and cold. He couldn't answer exactly how they were going to do that without plans or any markings on the lines distinguishing hot, cold, red or blue, not to mention the water heater not being hooked up and running yet.
Throughout this ordeal they have been more than cordial and polite, yet sadly, they have gone thru a lot of people, I think three different managers were in charge of my project. Overall they have made a good effort to fix the small things that were done incorrect to begin with, like a shower drain not being level. But not making sure the hot lines are on the left and the cold ones on the right, is basic plumbing and has cost me time, aggravation and money.

After coming out and seeing first hand that the cold and hot were reversed, Dale graciously worked his magic and now along with hot water I have COLD water too! I appreciate Joe Cool rectifying the situation. I am back being a loyal customer.

I never have an issue getting answers or speaking to the right person regardless of how I reach out. All the technicians I've worked with are professional and skilled. They also communicate well regarding ETA and what's needed to resolve your issues. Raymond C, my last technician went above and beyond to handle an issue I was experiencing. Highly recommended!

image I had the pleasure to meet Jarret Ditursi today and Im making sure to mention his name, so this company appreciate this employee. Joe Cool was our 3rd option, after spending a week looking for a cooling company. We were hesitant as we had a previous experience with another company. After explaining Jarret what we went through and what the other companies told us was the issue, he basically confirmed that information and educate us about other things. He left until he made sure our a/c was running and cooling; during the entire interaction he showed respect and understanding. Joe Cool Air management company, you do make sure that you keep this employee happy, this is one of those that will drive you revenue constantly. Overall, I consider the price was fair doing a comparinsong with the other companies.
