Changing review from 5 to 1, I was told my mattress had a 10 year warranty, after having it for around 2 years the mattress started to sink. We are not even big people. Called the store and and was told I only had a 1 year warranty. I asked to speak to the manager and was told the manager, Allie, refused to pick up the call. We did not yell or curse or act nasty on the call. They simply said to not bother and to call corporate which has a wait time of 40 minutes. The CEO’s number is not valid. Going into this purchase I was aware the furniture was cheaply made but knew I wouldn’t keep it for just a few years and has served it’s purpose. However, I payed a lot for the mattress and was told there would be a 10 year warranty.

June 2021: We were going to visit this store as the first stop of a few furniture stores but found what we were seeking during our visit. We especially liked that the sales rep did not follow us around. We could comfortably look and try out furniture. He even was cool to provide us with a tape measure. Delivery is in different loads with our first today. The driver was on time, communicated in a friendly manner and the two men together were able to carry in our purchase without damaging things. In comparison with other reviewers, we received a confirmation call yesterday. This morning the driver called us to let us know the window to expect the delivery. Shortly before arrival we received an automated call to let us know they were near. I was even able to text the driver after the first call to give specific directions. Stellar delivery in our opinion. The driver even took photos of the items in our room-he said that was policy-to prove delivery. UPDATE Aug 26, 2021: We still have not gotten our dining room table and chairs and a side table. We understand delays for Covid and want to note that AFS has been very informative and helpful about things while we have done our part in being patient and understanding. UPDATE Sep 28, 2021. The second end table and the dining room set arrived today. Our order is complete. Thank you.
