I had bought some Cooper tires from Walmart online and had them mounted at a local dealership. From the first day they rode terrible. My truck would shake and bounce around 40-55 mph. I tried getting them re balanced a couple times but it didn't help. Finally I was told the tires were bad. Walmart said they couldn't help me. Cooper told me to call Discount tire. I called and spoke to Mitch on Wednesday. He said bring it in and we will look at it. I came in on Thursday afternoon and told him everything and showed him all of my paperwork. He looked at the tires and ended up giving me credit for all of the money I paid for the tires. I got a new set of tires that afternoon. They even stayed late to finish my truck and Mitch the manager was in the shop helping balance and install the tires. I could not have been more impressed with the customer service. I can't imagine going to another tire store.

I tried calling to make an appointment and they said that they cant do it and then, when I asked him how come, the website says I can, but theyre telling me I cant so when I finally come in, they told me at 12:15 my truck would have gone in to get re-balanced and rotated. It is currently 1 oclock and they barely took my truck in, so when I went to go tell one of the guys hes wearing glasses I ask him you told me that it was gonna go in at 12:15 and he tried switching it and trying to say that he said at 1:15 I was gonna go and when he told me if I wanted to go get food anywhere or anything to come back at 12:15 because that was the time I have to be back so they can service my vehicle. I suggest to go to tire kingdom across the street more faster, service, and more nicer. when I told them I have to be at my next project with which is 13 hours away and they are still taking long.
