image The staff is very professional they are here to help us further ourselves and seem to want to do whatever they can to help. The school itself is clean and organized.

image I used to think and feel that I could depend on this school, after spending 20k dollars and graduating with a diploma for the Net Tech program, I have yet to receive any of the exam vouchers to obtain my industry certifications, which was part of the contract (grades needed to be a C or higher to receive the vouchers). I graduated months ago..and even during my time in the program I could not get a straight answer about my vouchers even though my grades were far above the requirements, I even made the presidents list . I'm currently still unemployed in any I.T. field due to the lack of certifications. Obtaining these certifications was the whole point behind my attendance of the Net Tech program and why I even chose the school in the first place (As I've stated; receiving the vouchers for the tests was part of the contract and this was told to me before I even attended the program) just so I could get the vouchers I needed to take the certification exams and become certified in A+ Net+ and Sec+. I was also told, they were going to have an Associates degree program during my admittance process for my first year. They, throughout the year said it was going to "happen" and at one point said, that it was happening. So, I enrolled into the Associates program only to find out the first day of class we had too re-enroll for four "extra" classes before any of us could attend the Associates program, only for them to tell us a month and a half into these four classes that they were not going to have the associates degree program after all (during these "extra classes" myself and other students didn't have the required books for our first class for about two weeks into the class and the classes were only four weeks long, which put us behind in our homework and classwork). I found the situation they forced us in to be very unprofessional...Now, I did have an awesome program director (Mr. Slaughter) while I was attending but he no longer works there...and I did have decent instructors....but I did find a lot of side ways talk and smoke screens whenever I inquired about the vouchers even after I have stopped attending the school. I do not recommend pursuing any thing I.T. related with this school and regret ever attending. Now, I am in debt and not working in my chosen field. It truly was a waste of my effort, and time, and money...and I still do not have my exam vouchers.
