Taco Bell - Closed

I would not normally review a Taco Bell, but, recently, the Taco Bell on Nine Mile Road has a really awesome employee named Gregory "Greg" B. He is probably the best fast food worker I have ever met. He always make sure that the customer leaves with a full stomach and a smile!

Horrible. Drive thru line was extremely long and parking lot is tight. Lobby is closed which is ridiculous. You can go sit down in a restaurant and eat, but you can't sit down in a fast food place and eat. Makes no sense at all. They say it's because they don't have enough people working, but a new Taco bell is being built across the street. Why would you be building a new Taco Bell if you can't staff the one you have? What a joke! The food was good but as always you get the same quality food every time you go to Taco Bell

Used to love Taco Bell til they took away my verde sauce. For the most part the staff is friendly I have had that one staff member though that wasn't up to par for one reason or another. Usually fairly quick service though occasionally the soda has tasted rather off.

This taco bell is a disappointment every time I visit. I will have to say after this evening.. I am done. Wrong order every time. Missing items. I let them know and get my items. Then I get home and it is all made wrong. This location SUCKS. No Exaggeration.

Order is always incorrect. I always say I'm going to try them again since I know it's hard to find good help these days, but as always something about my order is wrong or not present. Tonight was my last try. I'll have to travel a little farther to receive quality food and service.
