Dr. Wood and his team have always been amazing, but will get on to you if instructions are not followed. I've been going to his office for at least 20 years, and trust him with all my periodontal care. He never gave up on me when an infection got into my top jaw line. He thoroughly explains my condition and treatment plan before, during, and after each procedure. Dental treatments can be painful, but I completely trust that Dr. Wood's cares for my well-being and dental care.

Today, I was treated like a piece of garbage at this office. I have spent $4000 on my teeth there. Today, I went for a cleaning and Samantha was AWFUL. She hurt, no water or air and I had to swallow everything. I finally had enough and saidi was done. Then ,Dr. Wood came out and basically said leave. I will never forget how I was treated today, no one should be treated like that.

Would be nice if you could even get in to them. Spent 3 months just trying to get them on the phone, or call me back for an appt. Went over to Dr. Williams on Spanish Trail and have had an amazing experience! Would not recommend this office if you plan on actually being seen by someone!

I attended an appointment per referral from my dentist to see Dr. Woods regarding a bone graft. First, he did not examine my tooth. Next, I was verbally reprimanded by Dr. Woods for not getting an implant that I previously consulted with him about (pre-Covid) as I stated it was too expensive at the time. He vocalized to me that he does not extract teeth (which I was aware of upon my arrival) and emphasized the fact that this would be expensive also, if I wanted to get another implant. I was shocked by the manner in which he approached me in the exam room that I did not even continue with my plan of getting the previously discussed implant installed while I get the other tooth extracted and wait for it to heal. Safe to say, I will never go back to Dr. Woods in my life! This post received two stars only because of his staff being friendly (e.g., Kimberly).

Saw Dr wood today wed oct 26,2022. His office staff so sweet Janet the receptionist and Kim his nurse made sure I was comfortable, Dr wood very through and explained everything he did before it was done !
A+ in my book
