I just came home from this Walgreens, where I met manager Jody A. I do not recall having been treated so dismissively and rudely in any Walgreens, or any commerce for that matter. I am told that she is known for this behavior, and I would expect that the company takes action next Monday when I get in touch with the Walgreens customer relations people. It's just not right.

This stores pharmacy is one of the worse I have ever dealt with. They will just hang up on you. Just happened to me. All they tell you is have your doctor call them. My doctor has called numerous times. They will tell my doctor they have the stock. My doctor changes prescription then they tell me they have it on order. I call to find out status and I get have your doctor call. It is a never ending cycle. Takes for ever to get prescription filled.
