This is the worst experience I have ever received from an orthodontist. He was not considerate of my feelings or what I was going through in my life. I had finished paying off for my braces couple months in advance and was schedule to take off my braces at my next visit, but the pandemic came so for personal and health reason I didn’t go in for my appointment. As places began to opening up more to the public and a vaccine had been announced to be distributed, I decided to go for an appointment. I explained myself to one of his representative about my absence and she was very understanding and was so hurt that she started to cry. He came in and she and I both explained the situations I had and was still facing. He made a slight inappropriate remark and told me he had to charge me more since I didn’t come in or call about removing my braces. We were in and still facing a pandemic! I spoke with another orthodontist about what I had experienced and he was shocked at how I was treated and felt when I left the Pembroke Pines office.I would never recommend.
