Everyone working here is so miserable. They need someone to come in and lift the morale and re-train. I came in to do a simple online return and was over the top nice. The woman doing it was not the nicest to say the least. She spoke to me in a very condescending way. The fitting rooms are absolutely filthy I had an allergy attack from the dust and just decided to leave. Here is a cropped shot of the fitting room mirror.

Disappointed with staff! Manager on 3/2 at 6 pm has poor customer service and leadership skills. We had a security issue where items were paid for and not bagged yet when we patiently waited for them to see cameras and sale recordsthese associates were offended and did not apologize, manager had the audacity to yell at a new trainee for trying to help us. Basic customer service at least needs to know how to smile even when they are wrong!

First time I walk into a Hollister store to get some recommended pants to work. I was horribly disappointed by the staff. Rude, disrespectful, arrogant and on top of that laughing like she didnt care. I was there around 4pm. Dont go there if you wanna ve respected as a human being. She was talking bad things in Spanish thinking I didnt understand but I did. REALLY WRONG. Those two girls know nothing of working costumer service. Im never waking in there again.
