I have many packages missing and looks like is a package delivered this week 3 packages missing was wrong not body answer

Unfortunately this post office is getting worse over time. Often there is one worker and the line is out to the main lobby. The self service kiosk is broken often. Packages are hardly ever actually scanned in so tracking doesnt kick in. Some packages just completely go missing and they dont care at all. Some of the workers are friendly but others are incredibly rude. They also refuse to deliver your mail claiming they have no access to the mailbox despite the mailbox being on the main road with no obstruction and within 209 feet of your front door.

Terrible service! Please deliver my mail! We have a gated community, so please go to the clubhouse, its right at the gates, and leave mail there. Thank you!

I have so many packages missing that are constantly marked delivered but never there unless i call and complain then my packages mysteriously appear. If I didn't have to use usps for mail I absolutely never ever would.
