      image I have been Renting from this place for 5 years and always had a very pleasant experience, until yesterday. I had a car reserved for a special occasion. Spoke to the Manager Josh before arriving to make sure everything was good. Upon arrival, Josh did not honor what he said on the phone and then rented the car I had reserved to another customer right before my eyes. It definitely dampered our special occasion.
