Carlos was absolutely amazing and patient with me and my two brothers and my dad causing chaos in this store. He helped us understand all the fees and everything in between and just his patience, knowledge, and kindness were very much appreciated. Very humble staff, I would absolutely recommend coming here for Verizon!

I stopped in on a Sunday evening a half hour before this location's close. I had a slight dilemma with a phone exchange/upgrade and the process of correction was fluid and thorough. I can't remember anyone's name, but the person who greeted me at the door and signed me in, as well as the main guy I dealt with, were cordial, patient, knowledgeable and professional.
A solution to my issue was derived and I walked out around 40 minutes later a satisfied dude. Everything flowed nice and easy. Very much appreciated.
