Jenny Craig Weight Loss Center

Does not honor the lifetime membership. They no longer have it, but I purchased it about 15 years ago. I explained to them that you can't change the rules. She told me that she would check with corporate and then she got back to me and said that I did not purchase one. I know I did, because my mother and I started our memberships at the same time. She said that we purchased a membership that meant no annual or monthly fees. This is very disappointing, Their response is laughable since I bought the lifetime membership at their location.

Very few vegetarian options. Smaller portions..little diversity..higher priced than most weight loss centers. Hard to get products.

Please don't waste your money with this program.  The food is way overpriced and you can achieve the same from portion controlled foods at the frozen section of your grocery store.  Furthermore, after I had stopped going they kept charging my card for some membership for which they were providing no service.  Said they tried to call me (yes, they always called me to get me to book another appointment when I had already decided the program was a rip off).  Anyway, I got nothing out of the program just a lot of money going out and a lot of aggravation listening to them trying to justify it.

I have a lifetime membership with Jenny Craig.  I have used the program many times over the past 20 years to lose weight.  Upon returning a month or so ago, I noticed that Jenny Craig as a company has changed.  I feel it has become about selling the products, than about basic customer service.  Josh is always polite and has a smile and so was Maritza (my consultant from a couple of years ago)...however this last visit I was late 10-15 min, as I drive 45 min to get to this center.  I did call.  The manager who took care of me, because the other appt was there, didnt smile,  didnt seem happy that I was there, seemed disappointed because I didn't order 1 week of product (because I have left over product), just blah...even when I called on the phone I could feel it through the phone.  I felt rushed through and only there to pay money.  Honestly,  I didnt feel welcome and am truly debating on if I will return.  I am losing weight but why drive so far and spend so much money if customer service is not consistent.
