Donte was very professional to work with. I was the wedding coordinator at a wedding in a crystal ball room in Tampa Bay Florida and Donte and his team were always very responsive and followed the timeline I created with the couple to the T. They were very flexible with a few changes that were made throughout the night. And he brought it with his 360 photo booth it was a showstopper! I will highly recommend him to my future couples.

I booked D.Norwood Photography for my wedding. After talking to many photography companies he made me feel good about his work and photographing the best moments of this occasion. He captured photos and videos of our wedding that will last a lifetime. My wife smiles whenever she looks at the video. Great value, professional, and quality work. We will definitely book him again.

This is my first time ever posting a not-so-good comment about any Professional. Before I hired D Norwood for the videography gig of my wedding, I read review here and went with the positive ones which I chose to believe. I read at least 2 negative reviews and chose to ignore them because the guy just sounded too nice on the phone. Well, here am I to tell my story. A week to our wedding, this guy disappeared on me and wouldnt even return all my calls and texts (I mean, multiple calls and texts. I can share screenshots). When he was not returning our calls and texts, and it was few days to the wedding, we decided to drive to his address on Conroy road. Guess what, the address did not exist. My blood pressure went to the roof. Then 4 days to the wedding, he reached out via text and told the sorry-story of I had a family emergency (Be on the look-out, thats his usual line). He then promised to do better with communication and punctuality. 5 hours to our wedding, I texted Donte to tell him the suite where we would be getting ready, only for him to reply my text with a photo stating that the second videographer got in an accident the night before (A story I found hard to believe). He promised to get a replacement. I paid for two videographers. I was like, this happened last night, and Im just hearing now when I told you the suite #! What if I hadnt texted to tell him the suite #? Donte showed up at the wedding alone, and when I asked for the 2nd videographer, he said that he was on his way. I knew it was BS, but my wedding was 1 hour away, and I was getting ready. The last thing I needed was not an argument. Im guessing greed set in, and he decided to do the gig alone so he wouldnt have to share the money with a 2nd videographer. During the reception, this guy disappeared and could not cover father-daughter dance and mother-son dance. For couples dance, the host had to pause the event and sent a search party to find him. He also disappeared like that for minutes, multiple times. Worse still, his contract stated that the videos would be ready within 4-7 weeks. By the 6th week, I texted to ask whats up, and this guy did not reply. I knew his pattern, so I kept calling and texting. By the nineth week, he sent an email with the same sorry story of family emergency. He uses that line so much he didnt even remember he had used before. He promised to produce the video by that Friday, and guess what, he stopped picking or returning calls or texts again after that Friday. By the time we got the wedding video, it was so terrible I had to send him an email expressing displeasure and asked for a re-do. Video was skipping, audio was going in and out and completely out during vows. He didnt even include key events in the video. Our friends who recorded the wedding with their phones did a better job. I found D Norwood on Thumbtack. My wife was so devastated at the video so much she did not talk with me for hours because we split tasks for vendors, and I was the one in charge of hiring the videographer. The video was so important to us, and this guy ruined it. I saw many terrible things happen in 2020, choosing to work with D Norwood on my wedding video ranks top 2 of the terrible things that I saw in 2020. To his credit, about a month after I complained, he redid the Highlight video, which he sent 3 months and 3 weeks after the wedding. I called this guy much, my phone registered him as my favorite outbound call. But he never picked the calls up. He probably replied one or two out of numerous emails asking for updates. His contract states to not make disparaging comments about him. Although, he breached several key provisions of his own contract, I have tried to not disparage him. But I am happy I told my story the way it happened.
