Every time I come here it gets worse. The nurses have no hospitality or compassion. The Dr's don't seem to even see me as a human being. They spread out all my appointments, make me wait weeks for test results and then act like I'm crazy when I have new symptoms. Where are the doctors who care??? They're not here at True Health, I can tell you that!!! And I'm talking about general practice and obgyn!

First time I was late for my appointment, I went over 10 minutes, right. But then the front desk people never answer the phone to explain the situation of why you are late, the first time I was late for an appointment and they didn't give me any options. When I have been in a room waiting for the doctor for an hour and a half just for her to measure my belly! And then ? They act as if they do not have situations in their daily lives. But thank you for your understanding.

I was trying to become a new patient to get a referral for a surgery because insurance is absurd at this point. I have had my information leaked by 7 different medical institutions, so I opted out of allowing students, VENDORS, MAINTENANCE, etc involved in my medical care. Why are those even options?? First people I saw were students doing vitals collecting information etc. then Im waiting on the doctor and yet another student comes in with a laptop to collect more information. I told him politely I opted out of that option. He asked if there was a reason why. I explained yes I have had several institutions leak my information and Id like to reduce the risk. He got very upset. His name is Jonathon. And explained to me rudely that they all have access to the portal anyways. I said ok well then what do you need from me? As he slams the door and walking out. I tried to call him back to no avail. So not only do they share your information without your permission they are rude af. Not recommended at all.
