These guys are absolutely incompetent. Michael the manager has zero common sense. Avoid this location at all costs if you expect to interact with somebody with a brain, and you value your time.

I now have a new phone and Verizon for service. I've gone to this location twice, and they wouldn't help me.
I didn't buy the S23 from them, so they're not interested in helping. Makes me wonder if I went with the wrong carrier.
