The distribution of this place is very professional and clean, the atmosphere is relaxing. I was a regular client for over a year, the first months getting my full Brazilian wax I was satisfied after a while my technician started to let spots with hair. They have a promotion for regular clients that’s nice but at the end I wasn’t happy with the service, my technician was Alessandra they only have two technician and the receptionists. I also got a facial which didn’t do anything for me cuz it was poorly done, I don’t think they are the right to go to get facials. The lash lift wasn’t good either.

The front desk woman was very nice. As I walked in she asked if I was allergic to anything and confirmed what I wanted done.
The lady performing the waxing services didn’t speak much aside from a hello and a few instructions throughout - which is fine - don’t expect the usual talking or “friendliness”
I am not allergic to any type of wax or anything for that matter yet in some places I broke out in red painful blotches...almost like a wax burn or from pulling too hard - it happened almost immediately after the strip was pulled and lasted a few days. Again, the lady said nothing and continued.
I won’t go back for numerous reasons. Aside from the price which it way too expensive to even have other issues-1 the service (from the lady) wasn’t great-2 the products used or method made my skin break out-3
No thanks.
