5/9/2022: I have not received an exact date when they will come. Owner has stopped responding since 5/5 04/29/2022: I reported leaks to owner with evidence. They installed my roof, and there has been leaks for 5 years! They fail to fix the leaks completely. They force me to go into the attic to prove the leak! I sent them pictures of wet ceilings, but they say there is no leak! Now I have evidence. Still under their warranty. Services: Roof repair, Roof installation

Moved in to our new home and discovered leak and roof damage (all the way down to destroying garage ceiling). New roof installed in 1/2018 (less than 3 years old). Nobody from this company returned our calls. We eventually spoke with the owner of company who would not/could not give us any information and directed us to a project manager. He stated that he can't do everything and we have to go up the chain of command. The project manager has yet to respond to phone call/voicemail/text message. On calling the owner back, he again told me to call project manager. The owner did not consider, at any point, trying to look in to this himself or offer any alternatives such a simply having someone evaluate/fix roof for cost. Instead, he simply defended damage in a less than 3 year old roof by saying "this is Florida"....While I can certainly understand we may not be covered by any warranty per company policy, even though this is essentially a new roof, and we have the initial receipt from install, the lack of responses, lack of interest, poor craftsmanship (obviously) and just being genuinely classless are reasons to avoid at all costs. There are many alternatives in this area. I don't know who they may be for you, but choose them.

I was skeptical at first, as i don't normally go with a business that knocks on my door. They followed through with exactly what they said they would do, and i couldn't be happier with the outcome. My roof was done in a timely manner, the crew was respectful, and the communication between the sales rep and the office was stellar. Everyone knew exactly what was going on with my claim at all times, and THAT is truly amazing. I would recommend them to everyone i know!!
