WARNING!!! Do NOT! Use this company for repairs. I worked for them for three days and what I witnessed was unf'ing believable. They are literally ripping customers off, and I mean high paying commercial customers. I watched as the technician they chose to lead their Jacksonville area, a 20 year old with no real experience in roofing at all, created leak areas by destroying parts of the roof, so they would be able to charge their customers, and as well as the fact that he had no idea how to find a leak. And yes, I did bring this very alarming problem to Core managements attention, and I was told just before I was fired, that it was none of my business how they moved forward with their customers and or decisions. I was blown away, I was sickened by the response, which I still have some of it in texted messages. I would not use this company for two simple reasons, one, they have no clue on how to repair a roof, and two, the simple fact that they can't repair a roof will lead them to making you the customers pay for their lack of knowledge in repairs and their lack of ethics when they deceive you and charge you for the nothing they will end up doing. I highly recommend if you are a commercial company, please use another roofing company for your repairs, or contact me, I have nearly 30 years experience and quality references who have no hesitation in recommending me.
