Was sued for $20,000, for a AVVO review I did write. Tom stated it was another attorney, yet sued me. No one did anything about it.
Do not use him as an attorney.

He also sued me $20k for a bad review on AVVO.  Which I did not write, and he did not even get a Subpoena to prove I wrote it and Even thought there's a law that you can not do it?  How do you enforce it?!!  It's been since 2018 to present and he still is treating me terribly.  The Consumer Review Fairness Act makes it illegal for companies to include standardized provisions that threaten or penalize people for posting honest reviews.
