      image Very bad experience, their offices leave a lot to be desired, no wifi, no restroom, they do not have any indication that indicates where they serve. On top of that, they don't have a photo of the license, nor do they accept any credit card, they didn't have the car I had reserved. So they chose to give me a Tesla that was 60% charged. Additionally, they charged me for insurance that I did not accept, with the promise that it would be reimbursed upon its return, which they ignored. Finally, I left a laptop inside the car and so far they have not given me a response. Too bad, I will never rent a car from them again.
