image When I first arrived I explained how we requested all 3 rooms be next to each other. My step mom had changed her room as hers smelt like moldy food. So when I got to my room, it smelt musty and moldy, there was hair in the tub, as well as grime all around the toilet. They did not clean properly and as a former housekeeper, Id have been in trouble if i left the room this way. Next I asked to change rooms, he gave me another set of keys and the next room was worse. And so much more dirtier. I ended up taking that room and waited for a clean and fresh room to become available. Finally a few days in a room next to my sister opened and it was the only room that wasnt smelly and they made sure to clean it the way it was supposed to be done. Then we were told by the assistant manager we werent renting a room, we were visitors, and as visitors we arent allowed to come in and out of the property that included going to do activities with the children, as well as not allowed to go get the kids food, go get coffee, do anything, we were meant to stay around and not move our vehicles or the slingshots we rented, even though there was 15 of us. Even the staff working front desk sided with us because the assistant manager was wrong on many accounts. I would never stay in this hotel again, it was not clean-sly, nor was it friendly. We also bought the homeless that was close by food and that was ground upon. Crazy how inhumane these workers at this place were.

Generally we have appropriate guidelines in which we follow in response to guest review. This is a rarity for us to respond in this manner, but we feel it is necessary in this case. The guest and her family who stayed at our property displayed a lack of self awareness, culpability, consideration for the other guest staying at the property, it was as if they weren't aware of their surroundings, they yelled, hurled insults and profanity at one another at the front entrance of the hotel and in the lobby area. The staff continued to be accommodating, polite and provided them with great customer service even though they didn't show the staff respect. The guest and her family were left to their devices, until the third to last day, all 15 members of their party including their kids, gathered in the parking lot and decided they would joyride 2 rented slingshots in the busy plaza, during dinner hours, where cars are entering and leaving, and people walking between the parked cars heading to the restaurants and other hotels. They were asked to stop after they loudly skidded one of the slingshots and left long tire burnout marks near the front entrance. Their party were jumping in and out of the vehicles, one by one and race to the end of the driveway, then race back to the entrance. It was clear they didn't like the fact they were being told no, and felt they had the right to behave in that manner, because as they stated they were entitled. The Police suggested we have them leave the property, but they had one more night, so we allowed them to stay. We have no issues with our guests having a great time and enjoying themselves during their visit at our property; we also strive to resolve any issue that our guests may encounter during their stay, but we can not condone or facilitate actions that become disturbances, nuisance behavior, bring harm to the guest themselves, our other guest at property and non guest. The complaints about the rooms stems from them arriving 2 am to a full hotel, and expecting their rooms to be side by side, but with no prior request, and having separate reservations, we were not able to accommodate all rooms side by side, the next day they complained about all the rooms so they could be moved closer. On the day of checkout the guest and her party left the rooms in disarray, trash and food thrown everywhere, food was smeared on different furniture in the rooms, and food scattered outside doors leading into the hallway; this has been fully document by the property and will be sent over to BW Customer Care.

image Absolutely left a smile on my face!
My suite was large, and clean with comfy mattresses and a ceiling fan over the pull out sofa! Plenty of Room for a wheelchair, odor-free and well-lite.
The carpets are a bit old So I kept on my socks., but at the end of the day my socks were still pretty clean!
Breakfast was hot and that yogurt machine made me fuel like I was dispensing ice cream. I appreciate the extra seeding area and the clean tables.
My visit was a pleasure. I shall return!
Noteworthy details: Even the exhaust fan, c/c went and ceiling
fan blades were clean!
