i do not recommend using this company. They are difficult to work with, do not follow time lines under the contract and if you call to talk to someone you're on hold for atleast 25 minutes each time.

poor customer service never receive closing disclosure before sitting on closing table and make change without notice, make realtor to pay extra money and not add it to disclosure, it very bad business i will not recommended that company to any other people including family member it is the worst mortgage company ever, never let you know what's they are doing , not answer the phone, kept changing the closing day without notice and never let you know the reason why this is horrible company Nationwide mortgage bankers orlando florda, guys stay away from them they will tell you they can help you close in timely manner and be pretend like they are the best in town this is the biggest not non professional loan officer ever seen in my entire life you what they will not able to do.........

Wow personal experience just want to say you guys are great the best I was turn down by another realtor daying the amount I was proved for was not enough to help me find a house and in less than a month mrs karla mr alex and a phenomenal realtor ysabel voy me a approval and a beautiful home they worked day in day out and they worked for me not their pocket very professional people with values that's still in their best interest to help people genuinely these 3 individuals for an A team I thank them so much they made a dream come true thank you so much and anyone reading this debating if these are your right people to go with hands down eyes close yes!! I wish you guys the same blessings you guys blessed me with.!!!

After 2 months since we submitted the loan application and your job supposed to be to find out all of the guidelines that the lender or Fannie Mae need to qualify a buyer, so you did not do your job, the level of incompetence and lack of regard for your customer is unbelievable. My buyer is ready able and qualifies to buy the property, now you tell me to look for another property after you waste our time? if you had done your job properly we should have known this 30 days ago and we could have found another property. You seem to forget that you are dealing with peoples lives, but with your company is an amateur hour every day disregarding and not caring about your clients time and money. I'm not mad because Fannie Mae declined I mad because you just found out and wasted everybody's time. With so many people involved in the transaction and everyone is incompetent with poor communications skills.
