The best lender ever, even after the market crashed back on 2008, they were still funding loans left and right. My Dad would have had to close his real estate and mortgage brokerage, if it wasn't for them..

My recommendation to the owner is to be responsive, by returning phone calls and replying to emails. Also recommending to him that he be transparent about the loan application process, including which banks or other lending institutions he is working with to line up the best possible deal and lowest possible mortgage interest rate, for his applicant. Lack of communication and professionalism led to a lack of trust and confidence. It did not have to be that way. Transparency works best and always between the mortgage broker and the loan applicant. Basic rule of any business is to focus on the customer and provide high levels of customer satisfaction. Be responsive. Answer questions and explain things well. Hopefully this advice can be helpful to the owner with any future customers.

Horrible experience! In my opinion no one should use this company. There are many real lenders out there that know the rules. Save yourself the trouble and stay away.
