Running more than an hour late on appointments, forgetful in sending medications to the pharmacist and overall negative experience. Front desk workers were very kind and helpful in trying to figure out the solution from someone elses actions.

It really sucks that when you need a Psychiatrist, no one will answer the phone for you. It seems that they have defaulted the recording to say that "no one is available to accept your call right now" and then transfers you to a full mail box.

Agreed with other comment except the Downtown office is even WORSE!!  Unfortunately my insurance doesn't cover many places & Mental Health professionals are very few in Central Florida, so I have to stay there---11 years and counting :-(   I have yet to find 1 time where they sent my Rx to my pharmacy without me calling for at least 3 days back & forth between the office & the pharmacy.  There has NEVER been a time where I did not wait.  I plan on at least 3-4 hours of being there.  Of course when I finally do see the doctor it takes no more than 5 minutes.  I am not on any controlled substances, just a medication that I've been taking for more than 20 years!    I DREAD going knowing that all I am there for is refills for my Rx....EVERY 3 MONTHS!!!!

I have been at the Metro-west office for quite some time. The staff changes like the weather.I am very upset with all the changes in healthcare and I now have to once again try to see if I will have a Dr. or Therapist because out of the blue this office is closing. I am posting this to allow those who did not see the sign on the window or door. I doubt you will know this unless u have been there recently. Closing date 12/31/13. I feel that patients covered by medicare need more time to find someone. I am hoping Dr.Syed Hashimi my Psychiatrist and Randie Morillo my therapist who is excellent will continue as of now 11/14/13 I am not sure. I am rating this on this issue only.

Much much better!  I have been going to this office for quite a while and it is much better than it used to be.  While I admit there have been some rough patches, what office doesn't have it's issues?  You should see what goes on at my primary care physician's office (now those are some issues).  Still, Tricounty is under new management it appears and many things have changed for the better.  The downtown office has been repainted so it has a homier feel and the office staff is not the same as it once was.  The wait time has dramatically decreased.  I try to keep in mind that the doctor also treats patients at the hospital so there has been an ocassion or two when she's been stuck at the hospital and arrived late, but she is definitely worth the wait.  Miss Bette, the nurse practitioner, has sometimes filled in for her on those ocassions and she is a sweetheart.  They are really great doctors and the front desk ladies are great.  They call me to remind me of my appointments and are always able to get me my refills whenever I call.  Lately, I've even been able to email them whenever I'm too busy to give them a call. I would recommend them to anyone.
