Im having the same issue with inconsistent services. They were doing great at the beginning. However starting from past couple months, they were either skipping my service or didnt event finish it. I have an uneven cut on my front yard that has a four inch difference. After sending the owner an email, he promised to send someone over the next day to address the issue. Now 10days have passed and nothing have happened. So I followed up again and now I got an email that they are increasing price by 20%. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Yall deserve better services for paying this kind of money.

These guys have been doing my lawn for over a year with no issues....then all of a sudden they started skipping me 1 or 2 weeks at a time, and coming on a different day then agreed upon. No response to a half dozen emails, texts and phone messages. The workers said they picked up a bunch of commercial accounts and were very busy...instead of telling me this, the owner never responded and skipped me another 2 weeks in a row. I fired them and hired someone willing to work within 2 days.
