From our first call until the job was complete was a great experience. Arrived on-time and communicated everything in a clear and concise manner. We appreciate they offer no contact for the install. The guys came straight through our garage to the attic. We noticed the difference in our home within hours! We finished a remodel and had no insulation. Thanks again for doing an awesome and affordable job!

Howard insulation responded really quick when I inquired and gave us a great quote! They showed up on time and got the job done! Very professional and reliable!

Quote was provided quickly and was fair and affordable. Service was scheduled a week after the quote to add insulation in our attic. Mr. Howard showed up nearly 2 hours late. Only communication came when I actively reached out after they were already late. When they finally arrived, his associate walked into the house with his lit cigarette. They took a look in the attic, walked around the house a bit. When asked what they needed, he said they needed a different attic access point than the laundry room. We don't have any other access points. Next thing we know, they are packing up and leaving without a word. I called Mrs. Howard and they came back, asked us to cut a hole for access which we did, set up the equipment, climbed up and then said they still couldn't do the work. He made several excuses for reasons he couldn't do the work, such as "too many wires in the attic", "Can't get to x room" (room wasn't part of work requested). "Can't climb over the AC ductwork". After wasting 5 hours of my day and now having a 2x3 foot hole in my ceiling, they walked off the job refusing to do the work. Very unprofessional and very disappointed. I would not recommend. Great service and went the extra mile to make sure every inch had a thick layer of insulation. I checked myself and was very happy with the result. This will help our house not get so hot in summer.
