BJK Cleaning

This is specific to the Ocoee office. Absolutely zero regard for their customers time. Very unresponsive to text messages, never answer the phones. They gave me 2 different options for them to come and clean, I confirmed a day and time from their options. They never showed up only for me to call and call and text to finally be told they didn't have my information and didn't confirm. Very unprofessional and can't in good conscious recommend them to anyone. Very frustrating dealing with them.

After many uses, this is the last time I will ever use or reccommend this company to my clients. I hired 2 cleaners for 2 hours last week for a vacant townhome, I asked only the kitchen and bathrooms be wiped down for listing pictures, the floors had already been cleaned professionaly the day before. They showed up and told me they would need more time, I agreed, but then said they had another appointment and couldn't add any additional time. I said no big deal, please just make sure the bathroom and kitchen get wiped down as I had asked due to photos scheduled that afternoon. The cleaners took the drawers and racks out of the oven, sprayed everything with cleaner, then moved upstairs and never came back down downstairs. They spent the whole 2 hours vaccumming and doing baseboards. 10 minutes before the end of the appointment I went inside to walk through and give them each $20 tip, I found their car already packed, and they had never come back down to even wipe down the cleaner they sprayed all over the kitchen. The downstairs got no cleaning at all. They left oven racks on the counter, left cleaner sprayed everywhere and insisted they could not spend even a minute longer to wipe down the spray and that I would have to reschedule a new appointment. I will never use this company again and I would not reccommend them to anyone who wants a dependable cleaning company.

Very harsh cleaners, and very rough on blinds. I have several broken blinds now. Also missed cleaning the master bathroom shower.
