We stayed a SINGLE night here and have never experienced such inconvenience from a hotel. I saw amazing reviews so I chose this hotel but now I wish I hadnt. It was pay when you get there but I called to pay early so nothing could go wrong with our room and not only could they not find our reservation(4 different times) after I paid but they continuously harassed us to try and make us pay twice. I spoke with over 5 people, 2 being the managers, during this entire debacle, most of them making our stay so much more stressful, and conveniently every single time after the long phone calls and chats between me and the hotel, they suddenly found our reservation and payment. We had to stay an hour after we were checking out because they tried continuously charging our card with another full payment without our consent and would not let us leave. I am so beyond disappointed. They finally let us leave after telling us it was a glitch in their system. This was for a single night stay.
