Housekeeping stole a high value item from our room while we were gone and didnt realize it was tracked, management was no help until we nearly contacted authorities with evidence. Never staying here or at any Marriott hotel again. Rooms : 1/5 | Service : 1/5 More

Charge for parking? You are a hotel near a mall. Talk about getting nickel and dimed... I stay at a lot of Marriott properties and from them not letting my wife check us in, to the rudeness of the front desk and then the topper of paying for what they are giving away free across the street. If you are looking, keep looking. There is a reason this place has vacancies.

I love this location! My hunny and I just got off a 5 day cruise that ported in Orlando. So we werent quite ready to head back to Atlanta so we decided to kick back In Orlando for a few days. So knowing me, I refuse to lay my head down at a hotel that freaks me out. Luckily, we stumbled across this cool hotel. The interior and exterior is beautiful. I just dont know where to begin with explaining my experience.
Lets start with check in. The two front desk clerks were welcoming and customer centered. From the lobby you can see the indoor and outdoor bar. There is an outdoor pool that is suited for children and adult water fun. There is an onsite laundry area that only takes debit cards on the main floor.
Our room was located on the 6th floor. We had a king size bed room that had a pull out bed couch that was designed by one of my favorite designer West Elms.
They even had a private work station that is great for business travelers. The bathroom was my favorite spot because it had great lighting and mirrors that I stayed in. Ohhhh and the have a pretty good complimentary breakfast. Overall the stay was enjoyable.
