      image I purchased a washer and dryer set and when it was delivered the washer legs were broken off. The delivery guy tried to convince us to keep it but we declined. Then was told if I purchased another at the store we could get another one delivered tomorrow and they would credit us back for the other one. I declined and had to wait three more days for another one. I was told that we would get a credit for the inconvenience after the washer was delivered. This occurred on 2/11/24. I called customer service and was told it was noted for me to get a $100 credit by to customer service reps. Today Im not getting anything for the inconvenience I got a brand new washer which I paid for. Ill never shop at Lowes again and Im encouraging my friends and family to do the same.

      image One of the biggest lowes I've ever visited. Very well stocked, super friendly employees and I found everything I needed and more. The selection of plants is very vast and most of the plants are very well taken care of, unlike other stores.

      image I very quickly got what I needed today, I had to get into one of the locked cages and they came promptly to open it, I was asked several times if I was able to find everything I needed today, Lowe's has really stepped up the customer service part of the company!

      image I went in to only pick up some storage containers and was quickly in out. We were asked by three different employees if we needed any help. Everyone was very friendly! The store was clean, and the checkout was smooth and quick.
