They charge handling fees for just dropping a package. For a small parcel is 7 USD. No thanks.

The store is inside the Hilton hotel. There is no sign outside and it gets confusing, make sure to go inside the Hilton and that is where it is located

Charging $5 to ship a package that already had a label is ridiculous. The owner is a joke. Complete rip off. I will never use this joke of a store again nor will I ever stay at the hotel again. Don't waste your time or money and take your business to a location that cares about it's customers.

They charge $5 just to drop off a package.(REPLY) Just read your reply, Sounds like price gouging to me, since most of your customers are just visiting and don't have the transportation to go to another store. The UPS store just south of you in the Doubletree doesn't charge according to the UPS website, but you are right, you do state " (Handling Fees Apply To All Pre-paid Drop Off Packages)" on your UPS webpage.
At "traditional" stores, the do NOT charge to take a package... that's how UPS and FedEx work. Luckily there is a "traditional" store less than a mile away on Universal and the one just south of the 528 in the Doubletree hotel.
