Total Gate and Garage Repair

Installed garage door wrong on brand new house. Huge gap, loud knocking and damaged panels. Employee with D & D came out and blamed us saying we caused the damage. Was able to fix the gap, attempted to fix the dents and told us it would be several weeks before they could address the panels. Brand new build people. Be cautious

I give this star cuz is the only way to enter to give my opinion, its the worst company I ever see .the only thing they care its sale ,after they don't care noten about .and discriminate too .they said they don't hear eny thing and they don't understand.left me see if BETTER BUSINEES BEARU like to hear about this .to see if they learn from thear how handle bussines.

How does a company with this kind of service stay in business? I called, no one answered, left a message and was assured I'd get a call back. Two days went by. No call. Called a couple of times in between and there was no answer. Decided to go in person. The opener I wanted wasn't in stock but was supposed to arrive the next day. She told me what the price would be. The person took my number and said she'd call when they arrived. Three days later, no call. So, I called. No answer. I went in person. They had the opener I needed. I did get the opener and the price wasn't really very close to the original price quoted, but it was less, so OK. THIS PLACE NEEDS A NEW MANAGER ASAP. THIS IS A MANAGEMENT PROBLEM.
