Orlando Florist Concierge

I used to work at Florist Concierge as a designer. The owner of the company is extremely clinically bipolar and is horrible to work with. He's either annoyingly shouting out of happiness or screaming curse words in anger. There is no neutrality with him. It is very sad and very awkward being in his presence and not a joy at all working at this company. I'm currently buying a house and my bank faxed Florist Concierge a simple form confirming that I was a former employee. The owner of the company just simply had to sign it and fax it back to the bank. I called them very politely and civilized half a dozen times to remind them to sign and fax the form back and 3 weeks later, still absolutely nothing. Yes, the owner lives in Philadelphia but he was in Orlando the last time I called. Last time I called them, they put me directly through to their voice-mail. My brother then politely got on the phone with them and as soon as he mentioned that he was my brother, they hung up on him. They are very rude and possibly hiding something. If you're looking for a job, do not consider Florist Concierge. The atmosphere is painstakingly awkward, you will be underpaid and definitely will be treated lower than dirt. If you're looking to send flowers, try 1-800-Flowers. Florist Concierge is overpriced and obviously has horrible customer service.
