I got a beautiful set of yellow roses from the lady their, I couldn't believe how respective and careful they were with what I got their. Excellent customer service, excellent roses.

Edited because A Flower Bucket helped so much to correct the issue. The Orlando branch used a different florist to do an arrangement for my daughter. I paid $ 75 for the flowers and the tax and delivery which put me up to $100. They didn't have the correct flowers they said they would use and the entire bouquet looked like something from the grocery store flower cooler. They have promised to correct this problem tomorrow. I was very upset as these flowers were for a huge promotion that my daughter worked very hard to earn. I hope the bouquet being delivered is at the quality it should be. I was so embarrassed for my daughter to receive such a lousy vase of flowers. I have used this florist before and had been very happy but this time they outsourced my order and it went real bad real quick. I hope I am able to give them a great review as I did for past orders but this time it was a huge disappointment. Finally an acceptable bouquet was delivered and thank you to A Bucket Flower for helping correct the issue we had with this outsourced order to a florist in Davie Florida. Sunrise Greenery is who gets the negative review. A Bucket Flower worked very hard after I sent a picture of the flowers that Sunrise Greenery sent to correct the inadequate bouquet situation. Again thank you so much. If I send flowers to where you personally deliver and you make the arrangements I will use your services as you did a beautiful job in the past.

Unfortunately, this once beautiful flower shop is closed. The owner passed away March 2016. I had their number programed in my phone still, and when I called a very rude Lady answered. I then said, I thought this shop was closed, and the very nasty Lady said, I bought this number after the owner died. I was so disgusted by her reply, I went on sunbiz and saw this lady not only bought the number, not only answering as A Flower Bucket, but has changed nothing to her name. This woman is a thief and is robbing a dead man for personal gain. Not only is this illegal, but it is down right disgusting. So the next time someone decides to call the bought phone number, think about what kind of person you will be dealing with. If she can rob a dead man, what will she do to you? Someone needs to contact the IRS on this woman and report what she is doing under a dead man's tax ID #.
