I went other years and
Very good. However this 2022
They made me feel very bad.
After having my dinner booked two months before I went.
I asked for a table by the window to watch the fireworks, I didn't mind waiting any longer.
The lady at the door who confirms the reservations went to ask the manager if they could give us a table by the window and the manager came towards us and treated us very badly, speaking to us in very bad manners, telling us that we either had dinner at the table that she assigned us, or we left.
Her last question was are you going to dinner or not?
It was our last night at Disney and we wanted it to be special.
A lady with very little people skills and very far from working at Disney.
Far from it, they sat us at the worst table, next to the kitchen where the waiters came and went. When there were many free tables next to the window, or other tables with a better situation. Too bad for Disney for having people like this lady working, they made me feel so bad that I will never go back to Cristal palace.

I did the mobile check-in and my phone alerted me to let them know I was there, but when I did the blond headed manager lady snapped at me and said to sit down she would call me when she was ready, I was shocked by her rudeness! The food was absolutely horrible as well and left both my husband and I feeling sick for the rest of the day. We will not be returning, worst food at Disney!

Wow has this place gone DOWNHILL the last 2-3 years. Use to be a great buffet with upscale food options. Now it is a glorified cafeteria meal. Who is in charge of Disneys restaurants and why has the quality gone down in mostly all the buffets and restaurants? Raise the prices back up and bring back the quality ingredients and food!!

BEST meal we had for our entire trip! Portions are huge, food is totally yummy, and of course, service was fabulous. Can you tell we loved it?!?
