This company was recommended from my realtor for a termite inspection and I also used them for treatment. Through the whole process the owner was extremely helpful. Explained everything from the inspection with me and walked me through the treatment plan. When he came to treat my house he was very professional and personable. Even helped me when my dog got out (my fault). He even took the time to cover my dog bowls and fish tank just to be safe. I highly recommend this company they have been amazing! Michael Scott and AAA Plus Pest Control are AMAZING! I called yesterday (8/4/2021) to have an issue in my home addressed and Michael was able to come out first thing this morning (8/5/2021). He did an excellent job both inside and outside of the home. Michael is extremely knowledgeable, professional and kind. This is a local business you can trust and depend on. Do not be discouraged if you call and have to leave a voice message, Michael WILL call you back. Thank you Michael!

I have used this company for 15-years. They always come on scheduled appointments, and I have never had an issue with live critters. I find it beneficial they are a small company b/c I don't feel like a number. The goal is to get the job done and a reasonable price, so I am very pleased.

It's a small, 2-person operation, best I can tell: The exterminator and the front office person. When you call the number, you get the office person who records your call and gives the info to the exterminator who comes out to deal with the issue.
The exterminator is friendly and knowledgeable, and is really a pleasure to work with. However, he is currently overworked and they just didn't seem to have time for me as a customer. When I called because of active termites in my house, I'd get comments like "Well it looks like he was just out there three weeks ago," and "well he's real busy right now with the [whatever] season," and "he'll get over there when he can." I rarely saw him within 2 weeks of calling and usually had to call several times before he'd come out.
I finally went with another company. When I called to see about any kind of partial refund for the remainder of the year (I had just renewed the annual contract 3 months before), the office person turned cold and stated unequivocally that there were no refunds.
Except for the times when the exterminator was actually in my home, I never got the feeling that this company would be there for me, or cared anything about my business. And with the amount of termite activity we continued to see in our house, we needed someone who could come when we called and not later. So we're going with a bigger company that can handle the volume of work they have.
