Excellent experience (despite the sad fact that this particular store is closing down and the entire store is on clearance). Our cashier Liliana was excellent and very kind and we found out while talking to her she is from Chile! Keep up the great work and excellence in customer service experience Liliana!

This location is having a going out of business sale. Found some pretty good deals here, but don't count on air conditioning to help you stand in the limited check out lines! Come early, wear your mask!

JCPenney is having their closing sale and i made some purchases. I went to use my rewards and was told they were not accepting rewards. I understand the store is closing, but they should still honor their osn rewards program. So disappointed.
