        I have been with Blandon for 16 years. While the service is usually fine and the dental hygienists are thorough I do think they attempt to make an extra dollar when it may not be necessary to our dental care. In the past, I have been charged for missing an appointment. Today I showed up on time for an appointment to find the doors locked and no one there. I called at least eight times before going to be sure we still had an appointment and got a busy signal. They should have notified me.

        My child visited office today for a cleaning, imagine only having bottom teeth cleaned instead of top and bottom. My Husband was told sometimes Dentist forgets to clean top, hmmm? Why was Dentist cleaning teeth instead of Hygentist anyway. Also Dentist Rudely demonstrated how to floss to My child. Weird experience, Will Never return to this office!
