I love Ann and the doctor and all the hygienists. It's a peaceful, pleasant place. I've been going there for twenty years, I think. Close to it. Their rates are reasonable and the work they've done on my teeth is always top-notch. I work in Altamonte and they're by Universal. I could change dentists to go to one closer to where I am now, but I won't because it's worth the longer drive.

It's been several years since I found a new dentist after seeing Dr. Mikulka for several years.  The office staff was friendly and it was easy to fit me in when needed, but they never seemed busy and the office itself seemed a bit run down.  In January 2012 I had a crown placed on my tooth by Dr. Mikulka, and in November 2016 the crown had fallen off and my new dentist revealed that there was decay under the crown, indicating it wasn't taken care of properly back in 2012.  The kicker is that insurance won't cover the cost of a crown replacement for five years, meaning I have to wait until February 2017 to get it fixed.  Ack!  Wouldn't recommend this dentist to anyone.
