This office is so unprofessional the staff cancels appointment on the day of your appointment. Then the staff they do not call you to cancel the appointment the office sends you a text. That's so rude and unprofessional. Then when the customer gets upset the office sends you another text stating that they no longer accepts your insurance. What do you do as a mother? This office as cancel so many appointments for my son I am talking about at least 3 appointments they cancelled and then the office rescheduled the appointment then the office cancels your appointment again. I will never go to this dentist office again. Please do not make an appointment here with this office. They are rude and unprofessional.

Worst place ever, there's a language barrier and they don't bother call nor have anyone else give you a call. My appointment got cancelled an hour before i was suppose to get there and i received a text to tell me to find another provider. Worst Place!

If I could rate lower I would. My parents 1st new patient exam experience: their appointment was at 9:00am it took my dad 1hr to fill out paper work for both my mom and himself mind you they're in there 70's signatures and initials to an extreme... no one asked if they needed help only had coffee prior to leaving thinking dental visit would take 1 or 2 hrs. They left the office at 1:40pm!! I work in this field for 23 yrs this is wrong!! I think just because they're older were taken advantage of there's no care for anyone's personal time they will not return and the Dr's jokes weren't funny at all... they WIll NOT!!! return very bad customer service. You all need to pay attention to detail and treat your patients with more care as if they were your family with more respect. How would you feel if your parents were treated like this? I'll remeber this place....
