Last year I went in and had my entire bottom mouth done and included in the plan was for the following year to get the top done. I took the day off to get my cleaning done only to be called that morning to be told I needed to be rescheduled. So I had to wait 2 more weeks, finally go in and I am told they are running 45 minutes behind. (They should have called me) and hour and 45 minutes after my scheduled appt, I am finally seen. They take an xray and then sit me down to speak to the new DR And he says that the old Dr is no longer there and that I need to pay 3 times more than what I was originally quoted for. And that they are now sending patients to a specialist to do the actual surgery for implants. I couldn't believe what I was hearing and the lady in the front was so rude and didn't listen to what I was saying and almost scheduled me to have 3 teeth removed. (Manager) The other nurse had to step in and tell her that is not what he is doing. At this point all I felt was them only caring about money and that was all. The male Spanish hygienists was very nice and so was the nurse who took my x-rays. But the rest of the staff including the manager in the front very rude and only sees money. Was even told that $3000 each implant was very expensive as if I was not capable of producing the costs. I looked at her and said I could go to another country and get everything done for a quarter of this and she whispered that's how a lot of others do it. I opened my eyes and couldn't believe she agreed and this is the manager. I will never go back to that place again and I would suggest you save your headaches and money and go elsewhere. Their interested in your money, not your teeth or you period. After all that, after I was told on the phone there is no cost because my insurance is covering the cost, I ended up having to pay $76. There is no structure there, sad but true.

The worst experience ever, i want to write this review so everyone can benefit from it. first, they charged me for two crowns and they deliver it one day before i leave town, of course they were aware of my moving before we even start the process, but they kept delaying , they wanted me to put the crown one day before i leave and when i told evan ( the lady from the front office) if anything happened after that i can't come back to Florida to fix it she said you have to pay for another dentist in VA, just like if you change a tire in Florida and it pops up, are you gonna come back to florida tofix it here ? This is the kind of people that you're dealing with ( very unprofessional),i ask to talk to the doctor to resolve the problem they called the cops very unprofessional staff, also guys be careful because for example my insurance cover 50% out of crowns, but they don't say to you that their crowns considered as cosmetics ( i have no idea why ) so call your insurance to make sure if they cover it. And they make you sign on a paper that if the crown is not covered by your insurance so you are responsible to pay all the money.

Horrible service, zero respect for your time. made my initial appt for a regular clean up and the day prior to the appt they called to reschedule. same happen with my 2nd appt and to make it worse they wanted to reschedule a 3rd time. Also noticed they code out regular clean up as "details clean up" to charge insurance + out of pocked expense ( most insurance cover regular clean up 100%)
