      image I found this place and made an appointment. The next week was fraught with they need more information, but every time they called they pushed to voice-mail instead of trying to actually speak to me. I literally had an appointment today and they canceled because I haven't filled out the paperwork online. I do it directly before the appointment because I treat that time as the time I would be in office. I desperately need mental health and this is only making everything worse. Reading the recent reviews it seems it was all part of the plan.

      image The amount of stress this company causes me when I need their services is getting out of hand. The online system crashes, when I call the office I either wait for 40 minutes on hold or don't receive a call back. My doctor is ALWAYS late to our telehealth appointments that I have to take during my lunch breaks, so my time is limited and not respected. My last appointment, she had me waiting 40 minutes and I had to cancel. It's now impossible to reschedule when no one will return my calls, answer the phone, and their online portal crashes when I try to send a message. Mentally ill people do not have the motivation or patience to deal with this. Also, if someone needs their medications, making accessibility this difficult is unacceptable. Do better.
