These people have no compassion, they just want your money. I am a flight attendant and I had put a $1000 dollaes down for a townhome. Once the pandemic started, I had pleaded with the company to give me the money back due to my job being at stake. They promised me they were going to give me $750 back and retain $250. I received a call from Phil Guadalupe, telling me they have changed their mind; they were keeping the money and i had 6 months to choose another property of my liking. I reiterated that my job is on shaky ground and 6 months wont put food on my table. Please these people will not have your back. This is hard earned money and we are going through a global pandemic. DO NOT THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY. God bless and stay safe

We purchased a house in Econ trails , and we love our house. However I saw the comment about Phil, oh my girl I felt so sorry for this. We have reported this person to their head office , this Phil lied to many clients as I know. After we purchased the house this man was disappeared, he said we were able to move in in April 2020, and we just need to know when shall we prepare to leave our old rental apartment, but this Phil stopped picking up our phone calls. We in the end moved in July 2020, another sales told us this. I guess Phil was very busy swallowing other people’s money. He also raised interest of another client’s house without telling her. I felt bad for this girl, but don’t hesitate to sue this man , cause he definitely should have gave you back this 1000 deposit if you regret to buy it. He used same trick to us before, we wanted have more time to think about purchasing this house after one day we payed deposit, and he said to us this 1000 is not refundable. I really think this person is hurting this company’s reputation.
