DO NOT USE THIS DRY CLEANER! I rarely write reviews, but I was so upset over how this situation was handled, that I had to post. This used to be owned by a lovely family and I guess they sold the business about a year ago. I hadn't needed any dry cleaning in a year or so, but was willing to give the new owners a chance. I dropped off 3 pairs of pants and a silk dress t-shirt for cleaning. I was traveling so let them know it would be the following weekend before I could pick up. When I went to pick up my clothes, the pants were ready but I was told the shirt needed more time. They had already had the shirt for 9 days so didn't understand why they needed more time, but I was willing to wait. When i went back the next time at 9:05am on a Sat, no one was there even though they open at 9. Irritating when I business doesn't open when they say they should, but fine, I went back an hour later. The gentleman told me they were looking for my shirt and asked me to give him a couple more days to find it. Not really happy, but what were my options. Just went back today and they can't find it. I'm guessing it was lost back when I stopped by the first time and I think I the woman behind the counter (who took them originally) was trying to cover her self. The gentleman, who is the owner, offered me a store credit or he would try to find me a new shirt. This was a silk shirt, and no way was I going to let the people who lost it find me a new one since they had no idea what the first one looked like and who knows what their idea of quality is. And store credit wasn't an option because this was my 4th visit trying to get my shirt back, so I had no plans to use them again. So he offered me money. Not enough to replace it because it was a used shirt Which is ridiculous. I'll have to replace it and it shouldn't matter if it was a couple of year old...I wasn't planning on having to buy a new one for a few years. He told me that was the most he could give me (half of what it will cost to replace). He's the owner, so he could have stepped up and made this right. They had numerous chances to come clean and be up front with me and I probably would have given them another chance. But this was so mishandled, there is no way I would risk it again. When the previous family owned it, I dropped off clothes regularly for 15 years and they never lost an article of clothing. Poor controls and poor customer service. I will say the owner was very apologetic, but that doesn't pay for a new shirt.

I informed the cleaners, to clean my wedding gown as I planned to place in a shadow box and display in my master bedroom. I was offered a case by the cleaners as an upgrade which I would use to display my gown & hang on my wall. Was super excited, paid $200 & recd a gown in a cardboard box. I’m so upset...prior to leaving my dress, I asked what type of case would be used, and if one was available for me to view, they said no...it’s a wedding dress case; and they sell me a box??? the box is sealed with clear duck tape, this by far the worst experience ever. They explained, the case is sealed but in the photos, it shows a few pieces of tape.
If you are a bride, please clarify before leaving your gown. This was such a waste of money. I hope the owner reads this, and display the product the gowns are being placed into. I’m sure, roaches will definitely destroy my gown if left in this box too long. My first & last with this location.
